The Boulder International Film Festival (BIFF) presents the 3rd annual gourmet culinary experience that showcases Boulder’s nationally recognized chefs. CineCHEF is a signature event that challenges the town’s favorite chefs to choose a movie theme and create film-inspired dishes for a fun, friendly and delicious competition.

This year’s ticket includes a screening of Ella Brennan: Commanding the Table, a documentary about the fascinating woman at the center of the New Orleans food world for over 60 years–creator of the jazz brunch, promoter of local Cajun and Creole cuisine, and pioneer of the celebrity chef phenomenon (Paul Prudhomme, Emeril Lagasse). Screening at the First Presbyterian Church Friday, March 3rd @ 7:15pm.

Bon appétit!
