Black Crowes reunite and set to play Red Rocks

The Black Crowes have confirmed the rumors: they are reuniting in the summer of 2020 for a reunion tour in celebration of the 30th anniversary of their quintuple platinum debut album,Shake Your Money Maker.

The Black Crowes' 46-dates tour kicks off June 17 in Austin, Texas, and finds reunited band co-founders, brothers Chris and Rich Robinson, performing throughout the United States into mid-September.

The Crowes play Red Rocks August 30th with tickets on-sale Friday Nov.15th at 10am at axs.com

The setlist will feature Shake Your Money Maker played live in its entirety, plus a selection of Crowes' hits from subsequent albums.

"I'm thrilled and blessed to be playing with my brother celebrating the music we've made and bringing our lives together full circle," Chris said through a press release. "Long live rock n' roll and The Black Crowes."

The band last performed in 2015 and disbanded the following year as it was attempting to plan another tour. Rich explained that he and Chris are thrilled to have reconciled.

"First and foremost, I'm really happy to have my brother back in my life," Rich said. "To be able to play music again together and celebrate the first record we made as kids is a gift. To have these songs stand up after 30 years is something I could've never fathomed."
