Sure, Peyton generally comes off as the wittiest Manning, but Eli is vying for the title after his hilarious spin as "Chad Powers." Eli donned a disguise and tried out as walk on for the Penn State Nittany Lions. I don't think he fooled a lot of people with the make-up, but it did make for a fun bit. I think his Chad Powers came off as Jeff Spicolli meets Trevor Lawrence!
