The Head and the Heart have revealed on their social media that they’re “putting the finishing touches” on a new song titled “Arrow” that will be out in October, and posted a half-minute snippet of themselves singing it a cappella.
"Arrow" will be the first new music from the band since their fifth album, Every Shade of Blue, came out in 2022. They've been opening their encores with it at all their shows this month, as well as playing another new song titled "After Every Setting Sun" in their set.
The Head and the Heart announced back in June that they'd completed recording their as-yet-untitled sixth album, so an announcement with more details should either precede or coincide with the release of "Arrow."
