Activity from The Cure regarding their upcoming Songs of a Lost World album, which won't be out for another four weeks, ratcheted up over the weekend.
The band shared a snippet of "A Fragile Thing," which they've performed live over 50 times the past couple of years, with their fan WhatsApp channel and mailing list. It's the first time the studio version has been revealed.
Over on the band's social media, you can find a video of Robert Smith sharing the story behind the first fully released song off the album, "Alone."
Meanwhile, The Cure's Robert Smith has autographed eight artworks inspired by the band's songs to raise money for Heart Research U.K. They're up for bids now through October 13th on eBay.
