Billy Joel says that having normal pressure hydrocephalus makes him feel like he's always on a boat.
Joel gave his first interview since annoucing the diagnosis to Bill Maher on a new episode of the Club Random podcast. He told Maher that he feels fine except for his balance issues.
Joel added that his doctors still don't know the cause of the brain disorder.
Joel canceled all his tour dates back in May after announcing his diagnosis.
