Prior to the release of his solo album next week, Harry Styles has unveiled the second single from his self-titled set called "Sweet Creature," and it's a tender cut, which finds the singer recalling a carefree romance.
Similar to the agenda of "Sign of the Times," "Sweet Creature" is intent on proving that Styles is not really interested in conforming to the Top 40 trends of boy banders before his time. It's backed by acoustic guitar and finds a pleasant space in a delicate folk/pop landscape. Produced by Tyler Johnson, Kid Harpoon, Alex Salibian, and Jeff Bhasker, the latter of whom serves as the executive producer for his LP, the cut is the third taste of his album after "Every Since New York," which he debuted on "Saturday Night Live," and the aforementioned "Sign of the Times."
"Sweet creature, sweet creature/ Wherever I go, you bring me home/ Sweet creature, sweet creature/ When I run out of rope, you bring me home," the former One Direction bandmate sings on the hook.
Last Friday (April 28), Styles announced an upcoming 29-show trek, which will hit 12 North American cities in September and October, before venturing to several venues across the globe. Tickets for "Harry Styles Live On Tour" go on sale on May 5 (besides Japan). If you want to get your hands on tickets, make sure you participate in Ticketmaster's Verified Fan program.
