The Nashville band takes home the award, and were nominated in the category along with other amazing rising rock stars including Greta Van Fleet, K.Flay, Rag’n’Bone Man, and The Revivalists

While on tour, the band sent in their acceptance speech and said of their win:

"Just wanted to say if you’re shocked out there, we are as well. Just blown away by the love and support that iHeart has shown us. And obviously big thanks to our team that’s been working hard, putting in the ground work in all these years. And to our family of fans that have supported us since our first Kickstarter to now, or maybe hearing our song on the radio that are jumping on our family now, big thank you so much from us. We love you guys so much. And to all the artists that made that list, huge congratulations to a great year."

Judah & The Lion are also up for Alternative Rock Artist of the Year nominated along with Cage The ElephantKings of LeonImagine Dragons, and Portugal. The Man.
