RALPHIE'S INDEPENDENCE DAY BLAST

WHEN: July 4, at 8pm

WHERE: Folsom Field, Boulder

Ralphie’s Independence Day Blast has been an annual tradition since 1941. Locals flock to the University of Colorado’s football stadium, Folsom Field, to take part in stadium-wide sing-along, listen to live music by Funkiphino and School of Rock, meet Ralphie — the real buffalo that is CU’s mascot — and of course, watch the live fireworks show. The fireworks start at dark.

DENVER OUTLAWS LACROSSE AND FIREWORKS

WHEN: July 4 (fireworks follow the game)

WHERE: Broncos Stadium at Mile High

The Outlaws vs. the Boston Cannons at 7 p.m. One of the coolest close-proximity extravaganzas you’ll ever see. Fireworks within the bowl at Mile High Stadium feature pyrotechnics paired with a show on the 220-foot wide Thundervision screen. Tickets start at $15 (including fees), visit DENVEROUTLAWS.COM.

INDEPENDENCE EVE FIREWORKS

WHEN: July 3, at 8pm

WHERE: Civic Center Park, Broadway and Colfax

The annual Independence Eve Celebration in Civic Center Park will feature a free patriotic concert, an innovative light show on the Denver City and County Building and a stunning fireworks finale. Lawn seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to bring blankets or low-rise concert/beach chairs.

FIREWORKS AT ELITCH GARDENS THEME & WATER PARK

WHEN: July 4, at dusk

WHERE: Elitch Gardens Theme & Water Park 

Spend the day riding the roller coasters and the water slides at Elitch Gardens Theme & Water Park, Denver's downtown amusement park, then watch a brilliant fireworks display light up the night sky, starting at dusk.

COLORADO ROCKIES POSTGAME FIREWORKS

WHEN: July 3 & 4, 6:10pm (fireworks follow the games)

WHERE: Coors Field

The Rockies play the San Francisco Giants at Coors Field at 6:10pm, followed by a huge fireworks display. 

FIREWORKS AT THE HUDSON GARDENS & EVENT CENTER

WHEN: July 3 & 4, 7:30 pm (fireworks follow concerts)

WHERE: Hudson Gardens & Event Center 

See Super Diamond, a Neil Diamond tribute band, on July 3 and Firefall on July 4. Fireworks displays follow each performance.

GLENDALE FIREWORKS SHOW

WHEN: July 2, ~9pm

WHERE: Glendale, CO

One of the largest and oldest in Denver. Starts at dusk (about 9 p.m.) Prime viewing spots at 600 and 650 Cherry Street, along Exposition Dr. (between S. Cherry & Four Mile House), north of Virginia Avenue, south of Cherry Creek Drive and west of Colorado Blvd. Many people gather in and around the parking lots at Whole Foods Colo. Blvd. and CitySet to watch.
