2021 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductees include Carole King

The class of 2021 was announced today for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and some choices were way overdue. Although Carole King was inducted along with Gerry Goffin in 1990 for their songwriting, she should have been in as a solo artist years ago. I mean c'mon, "Tapestry" alone should have merited the nod! I was thrilled when Chuck Morris introduced me to Carole King backstage at Red Rocks in 2004. Also being voted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year: Tina Turner, Foo Fighters, Todd Rundgren, The Go-Go's, and Jay-Z. This is the second time for both Dave Grohl (Nirvana) and Tina Turner (Ike & Tina Turner).
