SMASH MOUTH Lead singer Steve Harwell is retiring. It is due t ongoing health issues. He has cardiomyopathy. Harwell did perform last weekend at a concert in New York where it is alledged that he slurred his words, threatened an audience member and appeared to give a Nazi salute.
