Nominations for the Golden Globe Awards were announced this morning and HBO's Succession and Barbie lead all nominees with nine. Oppenheimer grabbed eight. Killers of the Flower Moon and Poor Things tied with seven.
The 81st annual Globes -- which has yet to announce a host -- will move from its longtime home at NBC this year to CBS and will air live on January 7th.
The nominees for Best Motion Picture - Drama are Anatomy of a Fall, Killers of the Flower Moon, Maestro, Oppenheimer, Past Lives, and The Zone of Interest.
The nominees for Best Picture - Musical or Comedy are Air, American Fiction, Barbie, May December, Poor Things
and The Holdovers.
The nominees for Best Television Series - Drama are 1923, The Crown, The Diplomat, The Last of Us, The Morning Show, and Succession.
Nominated for Best Television Series - Musical or Comedy are Abbott Elementary, Barry, Jury Duty, Only Murders in the Building, Ted Lasso, and The Bear.
The nominees for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama are Bradley Cooper (Maestro), Leonardo DiCaprio (Killers of the Flower Moon), Colman Domingo (Rustin), Barry Keoghan (Saltburn), Cillian Murphy (Oppenheimer), and Andrew Scott (All of Us Strangers).
The nominees for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama are Annette Bening (Nyad), Lily Gladstone (Killers of the Flower Moon), Sandra Hüller (Anatomy of a Fall), Carey Mulligan (Maestro), Greta Lee (Past Lives), and Cailee Spaeny (Priscilla).
