Ringo Starr, John Paul Jones, Carlos Santana, Slash, Jackson Browne, Peter Gabriel and the late Robbie Robertson are featured on Songs for Humanity from Playing for Change, the multimedia project that aims to connect the world through music. Among the previously released songs making up the album are Browne’s “Doctor My Eyes,” The Band’s “The Weight” with Robertson and Ringo, Gabriel’s “Biko,” Santana’s version of “Oye Como Va” and Led Zeppelin’s “When the Levee Breaks” featuring Jones. It will be out on November 13th.
