The Black Keys' Dan Auerbach is a busy producer outside the band with his Easy Eye Sound studio in Nashville. And with his latest project he drafted in his bandmate Patrick Carney.
It's a solo album from U.K. singer-guitarist Miles Kane -- best known here for The Last Shadow Puppets with Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner. Kane's Auerbach-produced album Sunlight in the Shadows is due out October 17th. The new single, "I Pray," is on YouTube now.
Auerbach and Kane co-wrote all 11 songs, with help from Carney on a few tracks. Auerbach plays guitar on the whole album and does backing vocals, while Cage The Elephant's Nick Bockrath plays guitar on several tracks.
