More talk on the new Rolling Stones LP-from Keith Richard's son, Marlon

Here's a little more fuel on the fire of rumors that The Rolling Stones have another album in the works.

Back in May, Keith Richards' son, Marlon Richards, did an interview with Record Collector and was asked about the Stones being in the studio at that time. That interview has just been published, and he said, "I think they’re nearly done. They still maintain these ridiculous hours: after lunch until, like, two in the morning. I’d rather be somewhere else at that time of night! Unless you’re in it, it’s pretty boring.”

He then went on to say that they had plenty of songs left over from the sessions for their last album, 2023's Hackney Diamonds. “They gave them a Grammy [Best Rock Album], so now they’re all hyped up on that: ‘Oh, yeah -- we can do another one like that! We’ve got more like that if you want.’"

And as for another tour, Marlon said, “I think they’re planning a tour of Europe.”

The Stones were planning to tour the U.K. and Europe this summer, but promoters couldn’t get the dates to work.
