Hayley Williams has been busy with Paramore ever since the band released its comeback album This Is Why and toured on it in 2023, followed by playing support on Taylor Swift's Eras tour this year. But before all that, Williams was focusing on her solo career. In 2020, she released her debut solo album Petals For Armor. The next year, she put out her second solo album FLOWERS for VASES/ descansos. Because of the pandemic, Williams' plans for touring on the albums got squashed. But she celebrated her 36th birthday by sharing some exciting news on her Instagram story.

“I’m going to try and finally play some shows next year that would’ve happened nearly 5 years ago now," she wrote (via NME). "That is, if the world doesn’t f***ing stop before then.”

“35 felt like tilling soil and throwing little seeds down. Waiting, waiting, waiting to see," she added, reflecting on the last year. "36 is exciting and a little scary, already. So much to hope for. I’m still in the dirt, ready for whatever might grow. Fruit?”

Paramore haven't shared any plans for 2025 yet. Back in August of 2023, Williams revealed they were in the studio so could a new album be in the works? We'll have to wait and see.
