Ski Season Ends this weekend as A-Basin and Copper get ready to close

Arapahoe Basin (A-Basin) and Copper Mountain are both closing for the 2025-26 season on May 3, 2026Despite a low snowpack, both resorts are extending their seasons, with A-Basin offering $39 tickets for its final week and Copper featuring $49 tickets and live music on closing weekend. 

Arapahoe Basin has LIVE Music from 12-3 both days

  • Moonstone Quill and Don Fuego
  • Season Info: 194-day season, closing earlier than some previous years but still boasting the longest season in Colorado. 

Copper Mountain

  •  After-hours party laps (4 p.m. – 7 p.m.) and a DJ at the Aerie.
  •  Free parking in most lots begins April 27.
